What sources does Vlipper compare against?
We compare each Vinted listing against multiple reference markets. We don't publicly share our reference set — that's the edge Pro members pay for. It is enough to power our AI grading on every Pro alert.
Does it work for any item?
Coverage is strongest on categories where we have dense reference data — branded clothing, technical outerwear, designer accessories, sneakers, and certain collectibles. Niche items may still grade if a comparable reference exists.
Is the value live?
Yes, on every Pro alert. The grade you see when the alert fires reflects current market state at that moment, not a stale snapshot.
Can I see the resale value for any listing I paste in?
On Pro, yes — the in-app price-check accepts any Vinted URL and returns a graded value with confidence. There is no public-facing tool for this; it sits behind the paid plan.
Will I always be right if Vlipper says it's underpriced?
No. Resale is probabilistic and conditions change. Vlipper grades probability, not certainty. Bad photos, missing tags, and seller flakes can still kill a flip — your judgement still matters.
